CFS has installed signs for Realtors in under 5 minutes, from the time the request was received by my office. That’s right, 5 minutes from when the request was received in my office, to the time the post was painted and my installer was on his way.

I don’t know that we can improve on 5 minutes, but we continuously try. Though we try to install your signs by the next business day, there are times that may not be possible. We request that your agents allow us 2-3 business days, after we receive their request. CFS takes pride in providing the quickest response times in the area, but we will never stop trying to improve our quick responses to your requests. More importantly, we will never stop trying to improve our service to you, our customer.

Our posts are all hand built to assure that all posts are eye appealing. Another step in the process of giving you the best posts available in this area is all posts are completely repainted, on site, each time a post is installed. This is something that other area installers do not do regularly.

Though I consider the service we provide, the most important aspect, for you I am sure that price is key. We at CFS have simplified this for your convenience. One fee covers the sign installation, removal and normal service if there should be a need. We do not charge trip charges for most services as others do.
